The Mirror
Warm and gentle,
loving and inviting.
Reaching out
to pull them
ever closer,
gladly dividing her
warmth and love,
and humor.
Sharing her self
with devotion,
to all her beautiful
children…
Needing so much
for them to
embrace the love that
she gives.
Her spirit is pure
and forgiving.
Her legacy,
rich and endearing.
Her countenance
radiant for all
to see – except
loving and inviting.
Reaching out
to pull them
ever closer,
gladly dividing her
warmth and love,
and humor.
Sharing her self
with devotion,
to all her beautiful
children…
Needing so much
for them to
embrace the love that
she gives.
Her spirit is pure
and forgiving.
Her legacy,
rich and endearing.
Her countenance
radiant for all
to see – except
the one in the mirror.

Powerful. I need Mandy to read this. She has so much to give, but doesn't see it within herself. Congrats on the book signing to be. I'll be in Cedar City getting my midnight copy of Mr. Potter's gradutation of sorts. I'll be thinking of you. I'm so proud of your accomplishments with these publications. Maybe one day I'll join your ranks. 'Till then!
